Order Protection - terms and conditions

Order Protection is an optional add-on, available when you buy a sewing machine or overlocker from Singer Sewing Outlet, on the website or through a quote from our team. One fee covers every item in the order. It is separate from, and in addition to, the free 10 year guarantee.

1. Home trial until 31st January 2027

• Try your machine at home until 31st January 2027, instead of our standard 30 days.
• If it isn't the right fit, we'll exchange it for any machine of equal or higher value. If the new machine costs more, you pay the difference.
• We cover the carriage costs for the exchange.
• The machine can be used, but it must be in full working order with no damage, and returned in its original box with all accessories and packaging.
• The extended trial is for exchanges only. Refunds for change of mind follow our standard returns policy.

2. Guarantee Protection Plus

• For 2 years, we'll provide a free postage label for any warranty claim, so if your machine needs to come back to us you won't pay for postage.
• Please keep the original box, including the internal packaging.
• UK mainland only.

3. Priority dispatch

• Your order is moved to the front of the queue at our warehouse and dispatched first.

The Order Protection fee

• The fee is non-refundable, including if the order is returned.
